to relieve stress?

I believe whichever smell you have an affinity with is very soothing. I am the type that likes minty scents…such as
wintergreen…eucalyptus…peppermint. Some like flowery scents such as jasmine or ylang-ylang but in the aromatherapy world rose is considered for stress.

Lavender is used to calm.

I recently purchased a teddy bear that has herbs in it for aroma therapy purposes. I was wondering how long to put it in the microwave? because i put it in there for 30 sec. and the smell is not very strong. I can only smell it when i put my face right up to it. any suggestions?
I daughter of the one true king jesus!

Its not a bear that i have, its like a little pillow of some sort, but 2 & 1/2 minutes and every 5th time a cup of water sits beside it in the microwave to keep things from drying out too much, but it depends on the size of it. Just keep trying different times each time you use it, gradually putting the time up until you are happy with it.
